Here she comes (2014)

Oren Little is the most disgusting old man that could possibly exist. He works as a realtor, and his deals are always successful. His basic principle is that real estate costs as much as the client is willing to pay for it, so Oren is ready to do anything to achieve his goal.<br />
His beloved wife died a few years ago, and even when he comes to her grave, he grumbles and says that she was buried too far away, as if it depended on her. The neighbors don't like him, they write complaints, and the staff can hardly tolerate all his unflattering remarks.<br />
That was until his son appeared on his doorstep with a little granddaughter, Sarah, of whose existence Oren did not know at all. It just so happened that his relationship with his son never worked out either. But right now, Oren's granddaughter really needs his help. The fact is that her mother is a drug addict and being with her is simply impossible, and her son, her dad, must serve a prison sentence for an official crime that he did not commit. With nowhere to go, Oren agreed, and the girl stayed at her grandfather's house. At first, Oren's neighbor, a pretty woman named Lee, helped them, and the old man himself even wanted to take his granddaughter to her mother, but when he saw what a pathetic imitation of a drug addict mother was, he immediately changed his mind, deciding that Sarah would live with him. But will the newly minted grandpa be able to give up his vile habits and sacrifice a measured existence for the sake of the child?
